Rehabilitation RN – Nashua, NH

Location: Nashua, NH
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Varied Shifts

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and families on recovery, rehabilitation goals, and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements:

Current New Hampshire RN License
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
Graduate of an approved Nursing program preferred
Basic Dysrhythmia certification preferred or must be obtained prior to completion of orientation
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or must be obtained prior to completion of orientation
