Join a premier rehab team providing outpatient therapy services within an upscale assisted living community in Louisville, Kentucky. This opportunity offers the best of both worlds—an outpatient setting with a consistent patient population and a collaborative environment focused on helping residents maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life.
