Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Acute Care

HCA Skyline Medical Center is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Nashville, Tennessee. Join a leading acute care hospital and become part of a collaborative rehabilitation team dedicated to helping patients regain independence and safely transition to the next level of care.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence.
- Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, trauma, and medically complex conditions.
- Provide ADL retraining, upper extremity rehabilitation, cognitive assessments, functional mobility training, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, physical therapists, speech therapists, and case managers.
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment, home safety, and functional strategies.
- Complete timely EMR documentation and progress reporting.
