Description

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
Facility: Adventist - Rideoutt
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: July 20, 2026
Shift: M-F 8am to 5pm
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: Up to $2800 Weekly Gross for 40hours/Week

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the patient's home.
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and assess changes in the patient's condition.
Educate patients and family members about medications, disease management, and home care.
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

1 years recent Experience - [Required]

BLS (AHA) certification - [Required]
