Emergency Room Nurse Manager 

RN Charge/Supv - Nursing Administration

 

Required Experience:  A minimum of five years of recent nursing experience; 

2 years in relevant clinical hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills 

Required Experience: Previous leadership experience 

 

Required Education: BSN or equivalent (ADN with MSN, BA with MSN)

Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing.

Required License/Certification(s): 

  • Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON.
  • BLS Healthcare Provider

926 Bed Facility

Level 1 Trauma Facility

Sees 350 Patients A Day

100 ED Beds

They were really quick about getting me a contract.

Cons

Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
