Description

**Title:** Labor and Delivery Nurse – Labor and Delivery

**Schedule:** Nights 5p-5a

**Assignment Details:**  
Contract Length: 13 weeks  
Guaranteed Hours: 36

**Requirements:**  
- Labor and Delivery, postpartum, and circulation experience required  
- NICU experience is a plus  
- Certifications: ACLS, NRP, and BLS required  
- Additional experience preferred in scrubbing in for C-sections, NICU, or pediatrics  

**Roles & Responsibilities:**  
- Provide care to patients in labor and delivery settings, ensuring safety and comfort.  
- Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs to assess the health and progress of labor.  
- Administer medications and deliver interventions as per care protocols.  
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate positive patient outcomes.  
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery processes, and postpartum care.  
- Prepare for surgical procedures as needed, including assisting with C-sections.
