Description
Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical / MS-Telemetry
**Schedule**
Shift: Nights 18:45–07:15
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
**Assignment Details**
Contract length: 13–20 weeks
Weekly hours options: 36 or 48
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Licensure: NC or Compact license pending acceptable for submittal
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Telemetry monitoring experience preferred
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, telemetry data, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and patient assessments.
