Emergency Department RN – Midland, TX | Urgent Need

Location: Midland, TX
Start Date: 07/27/2026
Contract Length: 8 Weeks
Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (3x12)

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ER RN) for an urgent 8-week travel assignment in Midland, Texas.

Responsibilities:

Provide emergency nursing care to both adult and pediatric patients
Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care in a fast-paced ED
Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Respond effectively to trauma and critical care emergencies

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience (facility of similar size preferred)
Recent ER travel experience within the past 6–8 months preferred
Experience in a Level II or Level III Trauma Center
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (or willingness to obtain TNCC if offered)
Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
