Description
Registered Nurse – Home Health
**Schedule**
8 hours
**Assignment Details**
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40
**Requirements**
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse
- Homecare Homebase Software Experience
- OASIS Experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting
- 2+ years Home health experience
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Current driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation and insurance
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence.
- Assess home health and hospice patients in stable and emergent situations to identify their needs.
- Develop, document, and evaluate the Plan of Care (POC) to ensure consistent quality care.
- Educate patients and/or their families regarding care procedures, medications, and home safety.
- Supervise and provide clinical direction to home health aides to maintain care standards.
- Perform on-call responsibilities and provide support to patients and families as required.
