PREMIUM OUTPATIENT ONCOLOGY RN CONTRACT – 4x9 DAYS – NO WEEKENDS/NO CALL

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate 13-week travel assignment. Operating within a high-acuity outpatient oncology and infusion department, this position is tailored for elite oncology professionals fully capable of administering complex chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments completely independently. Enjoy a predictable, highly stable day-shift schedule with an exceptional tax-free stipend structure and a complete lack of on-call or weekend mandates.

Please note: This premium outpatient contract requires an active ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration Certificate.

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

Schedule: Day shifts, 4x9-Hours (08:00 AM - 05:30 PM), Monday through Friday. Exact working days are determined flexibly by patient census. No block scheduling.
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours weekly.
On-Call Requirements: Absolutely NO On-Call and NO Weekend rotations required. Complete work-life balance!
Clinical Environment: Premier, high-acuity Outpatient Oncology & Infusion Department. Teaching hospital familiarity is preferred.
Clinical Scope & Procedures: Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients in an oncology department according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Utilizes critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment to supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff while seamlessly coordinating care with other disciplines.

📋 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

Hardstop Experience Rules: Minimum 2 years of consecutive clinical experience strictly in Chemotherapy Infusion. Must have documented, hands-on oncology experience and the verified ability to administer treatments independently.
Education & Background: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Oncology nurse experience in a radiation department is highly preferred.
Licensure Required: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
Certifications Required: Verifiable Oncology Nursing Certification (ONC), Chemotherapy Immunotherapy (CHIM), or ONC/ONCC-CHIM. Active AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS.
