Description

RN – Transplant Coordinator | Winston-Salem, NC

Shift: Days | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hrs/week

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years RN experience
Hematology/Oncology experience required (MUST)
BLS required
Epic experience required
Transplant coordination experience preferred
Navigator/Case Manager experience preferred

Role Includes:

Pre-transplant evaluation & patient assessment
Coordinate patient care before, during & after transplant
Schedule and track transplant testing
Review labs, diagnostics, and donor history
Patient/family education & transplant team collaboration
Manage peripheral blood transplant & cellular therapy cases
