🔥 HIGH-COMPENSATION CARDIAC CATH LAB TECH CONTRACT – LEVEL 1 TRAUMA CENTER

 

First Connect Health is seeking a highly skilled, adaptable Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for an immediate 13-week travel assignment in Lakewood, Colorado. Operating within a high-volume, modern cardiac imaging facility equipped with 2 Cath Labs, 2 EP Labs, and 1 Hybrid Suite, this department averages 10 to 20 critical procedures daily. 💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE

  • Weekly Gross: $3,349.00
  • Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $2,149.00
  • Hourly W2 Rate: $30.00/hr
  • Overtime Rate: $45.00/hr
  • Based on 40 Regular Hours weekly (4x10-Hour Shifts).

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

  • Schedule: Day shifts, 4x10-Hours (07:00 AM - 17:30 PM). Self-scheduling and block scheduling options are fully permitted.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours guaranteed weekly.
  • On-Call Requirements: Rotational weeknight and weekend standby obligations:
    • Weeknight Call: 1 to 2 nights per week.
    • Weekend Call: 2 weekend call shifts per 6-week scheduling pay cycle.
    • Holiday Call: Rotational coverage required.
  • Call Response Time: Must live or stay within a strict 30-minute emergency arrival radius when on standby.
  • EMR & Software System: Epic charting.
  • Clinical Scope: Cross-functional execution across scrub, monitor, and circulating roles. Patient diagnoses routinely track high-acuity STEMI, cardiogenic shock, coronary artery disease (CAD), peripheral artery disease (PAD), and atrial fibrillation/flutter.

🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience operating as a solid STEMI and cardiovascular laboratory technician.
  • Licensure & Board Credentials: Must possess either an active ARRT (R) registration OR a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credential via CCI.
  • ⚠️ IMPORTANT COLORADO FLUORO LICENSE MANDATE: Candidates who do not hold an ARRT (R) credential are required to obtain a Colorado State Fluoroscopy License prior to clinical deployment (this process takes approximately one week to finalize).
  • Certifications Required: Active AHA BLS and ACLS are required at submittal.
  • Radiation Safety: The submitting agency must provide the traveler with a personal Radiation Badge.
