PREMIUM OPERATING ROOM RN CONTRACT – FLEXIBLE DAY SHIFTS – NO WEEKDAY CALL
We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate 12-week travel assignment. Operating within a high-acuity surgical environment in Memphis, TN, this position is tailored for elite perioperative professionals who possess specialized competency in handling robust general and specialty service lines. Enjoy a highly flexible day-shift schedule with premium tax-free stipends and a complete lack of routine weekday on-call mandates.
Please note: This facility offers exceptional scheduling flexibility, allowing travelers to choose between a 4x10-Hour or 3x12-Hour day-shift configuration based on personal preference and unit availability.
📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Day shifts. Highly flexible options: 4x10-Hours (06:45 AM - 17:00 PM) OR 3x12-Hours (06:45 AM - 19:15 PM). No block scheduling.
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours or 40 Hours guaranteed weekly depending on selected shift track.
- On-Call & Weekend Requirements: Premium balance! Weekend and holiday call only. Absolutely zero routine weekday on-call tracking required, protecting your evenings after your shift.
- Clinical Environment: Leading, high-volume healthcare facility and specialized surgical center located in Memphis, TN.
- Surgical Scope & Procedures: Extensive, high-impact perioperative cross-coverage. Core service lines require documented independence managing General Surgery, advanced Robotics, Plastics, and ENT cases.
📋 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION
- Hardstop Experience Rules: Minimum 2 years of consecutive clinical experience strictly as an OR RN [REQUIRED]. Must possess explicit, verifiable procedural depth in circulating robotic systems and general surgical tracks. Profile submissions missing these core benchmarks will be automatically redirected.
- Licensure Required: Active, unrestricted Tennessee (TN) state nursing licensure or an active multistate Compact license must be fully in-hand at the time of submission [HARDSTOP].
