Description
Required Certifications:
ARDMS
Must have experience in general studies and demonstrate independent
proficiency in performing ALL of the following vascular ultrasound studies:
Upper and lower extremity venous duplex studies
Upper and lower extremity arterial duplex studies
Carotid duplex studies
Bypass graft studies
Mesenteric artery duplex studies
Renal artery duplex studies
Upper and lower extremity vein mapping duplex studies
Fistula flow studies
Venous reflux studies
Preferred Certifications and experience:
Preferred experience: 4 years minimum of ultrasound experience
While certification as an RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) is preferred, all sonographers.
are expected to be well-versed in the requirements of an IAC-accredited vascular lab.
Assessment and Competency Requirements:
Candidates considered for sonography positions should demonstrate high levels of competency,
proficiency, and frequency across the full range of vascular and general ultrasound studies. Profiles
should include competency scores and detailed experience for each study type to assist in assessing alignment with department standards

Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
