🔥 PREMIUM DAY-SHIFT DIALYSIS RN CONTRACT – EXCELLENT ACUTE RATIOS – ITHACA, NY
First Connect Health is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate 13-week travel assignment Ithaca, New York. Operating within the specialized Renal Dialysis department, this contract covers high-acuity inpatient hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments. If you are a dedicated dialysis nurse looking for stable daytime hours, highly favorable clinical ratios, and premium tax-free stipends in the beautiful Finger Lakes region, this position is built for you!

💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE
- Weekly Gross: $2,495.00
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,775.00
- Hourly W2 Rate: $20.00/hr
- Overtime Rate: $45.00/hr
📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Day shifts, 3x12-Hours (07:00 AM - 19:30 PM).
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours weekly.
- Weekend Requirements: Every other Saturday rotation required.
- On-Call Standby: None! No on-call required for this assignment.
- Favorable Patient Ratios:
- Acute HD Treatments: Safe 1:2 maximum patient care model.
- Acute ICU Treatments: Elite 1:1 dedicated ratio (The hospital's core ICU RN maintains primary bedside care).
- Clinical Scope: Comprehensive management spanning inpatient hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis modalities across both acute floors and critical care settings.
- Location: Ithaca, NY, 14850.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent clinical acute care or inpatient hospital dialysis experience is required.
- Licensure: Active New York State Nursing License must be verified and in hand at the time of submission.
- Certifications Required: Active AHA BLS certification.
- Core Testing Requirements: Selected candidates must complete the Centralus Core Competency Exam, Centralus Epic Questionnaire, and a standard Pharmacology Exam pre-start.
