PREMIUM CARDIAC CATH LAB TECHNOLOGIST CONTRACT – 4x10 DAYS – ROTATING TEMPLATE WITH 4-DAY WEEKENDS

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for an immediate 13-week travel assignment. Operating within a high-acuity, 2-lab interventional suite at a premier 242-bed Level II Trauma Center in The Woodlands, TX, this position is tailored for elite allied health professionals fully capable of scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring complex interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures. Please note: This facility utilizes an incredibly attractive rotating template schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week that rewards you with a built-in 4-day weekend every fifth week!

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

• Schedule: Day shifts, 4x10-Hours (06:30 AM - 17:00 PM), Monday through Friday. No regular weekend shifts. No block scheduling.
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours guaranteed weekly. The hospital reserves the policy right to cancel a maximum of 4 shifts per 13-week assignment based on operational needs.
• On-Call Requirements: Standard on-call rotation tracking is strictly required [REQUIRED]. Structural requirements follow a highly organized 7 to 8 days of call within a 5-week schedule cycle, which includes exactly one full weekend block (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) to support 24/7 STEMI alert responses.
• EMR & Recording Systems: Epic charting system required alongside expert-level operational familiarity with GE MacLab hemodynamic recording platforms.
• Clinical Environment: State-of-the-art 2-lab interventional suite managing an average daily volume of 6 to 8 specialized cases per day with full interdisciplinary support.

📋 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

• Hardstop Experience Rules: Minimum 2 years of consecutive clinical experience strictly as an acute care Cardiac Cath Lab Tech [REQUIRED]. * Hardware & Technical Mandates: Verified GE MacLab experience is strictly required [HARDSTOP]. Traveling technologists must possess advanced mechanical dexterity and be fully capable of simultaneously panning the imaging table and scrubbing the sterile field independently [HARDSTOP].
• Clinical Cross-Training Rules: Profile submissions must show explicit, documented independent competency in both Electrophysiology (EP) and specialized Peripheral Vascular interventions [HARDSTOP] alongside standard coronary tracks.
• Certifications Required: Verifiable Active Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification via CCI is strictly required [HARDSTOP]. Active AHA BLS and AHA ACLS are strictly required upon profile submission [HARDSTOP]. All credentials must be attached immediately to prevent presentation delays.
• Licensure Required: Active, verified registration or compliance markers matching Texas state medical board regulations must be clear prior to assignment start.
