We are seeking a highly accomplished, dynamic Nurse Manager for an immediate 13-week interim leadership contract. Overseeing an extensive clinical footprint that encompasses a 36-bed Med-Surg/Telemetry Unit and a high-acuity 16-bed Intensive Care Unit, this role is tailored for elite nursing leaders who possess significant clinical depth in both critical care and progressive care environments. Enjoy a premier daytime administrative schedule, an exceptional tax-free stipend structure, and a highly impactful leadership presence in Longmont, CO.
Please note: This is a dedicated administrative leadership position. The selected professional will maintain complete 24/7 operational responsibility for both departments, driving high quality standards, managing department budgets, evaluating supplies, and spearheading patient satisfaction initiatives.

- Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours guaranteed weekly. The hospital maintains the policy right to cancel a maximum of 4 shifts per 13-week contract.
- On-Call & Off-Shift Availability: While there is no routine, structured on-call or standby rate requirement, the Nurse Manager maintains 24/7 accountability for the units [REQUIRED]. Must be flexible to round on off-shifts or come in during weekends as operationally needed to support staff.
