Direct Hire | Full-Time | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Seaford, DE

- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Rotating weekends required

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring
- Administer medications, IV drips, blood products, and advanced therapies
- Operate and manage ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and other critical care equipment
- Recognize changes in patient condition and respond rapidly with appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Accurately document patient care and maintain compliance with clinical standards
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and critical care processes
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Delaware or Compact)
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Previous ICU or Critical Care experience preferred
- Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
