PREMIUM EMERGENCY ROOM RN CONTRACT – 11:00 AM - 23:30 PM MID-SHIFTS
We are seeking a highly proficient Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate 13-week travel assignment in Baltimore, MD. Operating within a high-volume urban emergency setting, this position is tailored for elite emergency nursing professionals who excel during peak volume mid-shift hours. Enjoy a stable routine and a balanced 36-hour guaranteed workweek.
Please note: This facility utilizes an active on-call staffing framework. Traveling clinicians must be available for on-call tracking and potential emergency call-backs per standard department needs [REQUIRED].
📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Mid-shifts, 3x12-Hours (11:00 AM - 23:30 PM).
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours guaranteed weekly.
- On-Call Requirements: On-call rotations are required for this assignment [REQUIRED]. Specific call frequencies and callback procedures will be structured by department leadership based on staffing matrices.
- Reason for Requisition: Supporting the core department to cover vacant permanent positions.
- Local Bill Rate Note: A localized rate of $69.00/hr applies to regional candidates meeting the facility's local distance criteria.
📋 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION
- Experience Rules: Minimum 2 years of consecutive acute care hospital Emergency Department experience [REQUIRED]. Must demonstrate clinical mastery of rapid triage, emergency stabilization paths, and trauma care.
- Licensure Required: An active, unrestricted Maryland (MD) state nursing license or an active multistate Compact license must be fully clear and provided upfront at the time of profile submittal.
