First Connect Health has an immediate, direct-hire Auto-Offer opening for a certified CT Technologist in beautiful Santa Rosa, CA. Operating within an active 277-bed acute care facility, this position handles a high-acuity caseload spanning code strokes, acute traumas, TAVR protocols, and general CT/X-ray procedures. Hourly W2 Rate: $39.00/hr

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

Schedule: Mid-shifts, 5x8-Hours (15:00 PM - 23:30 PM). Techs work 8-hour days with a 30-minute lunch. No block scheduling available.
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours guaranteed weekly
Weekend Requirements: Rotating weekend coverage applies (Every other weekend framework).
EMR & Software Stack: Epic charting is strictly required. PACS data systems are utilized on-site.
Imaging Hardware: Extensive hands-on utilization of premium Siemens and Toshiba scanning arrays.
Clinical Scope: Mastering multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), starting peripheral IVs, venipuncture execution, and contrast media administration across acute care, outpatient, ICU, and emergency settings.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience operating as a CT Technologist in a hospital environment.
Licensure: Active California State License/Credentials must be verified and in hand at the time of submission (pending state paperwork cannot be accepted).
Certifications Required: ARRT (R), active AHA BLS, and a verified Venipuncture Certification are strictly mandatory for presentation. Active California Fluoroscopy Permit is highly preferred.
Dress Code: Solid Black scrubs. Free parking is provided on-site.

Local candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the Santa Rosa facility are accepted, but under system rules, their profiles are subject to an adjusted lower local bill rate. 🔄 Outpatient & Affiliate Facility Floating: Travelers must maintain full clinical flexibility. Floating is 100% required between outpatient clinics and the main acute hospital campus as needed, or to nearby regional sister facilities within the network. Refusal to float can result in instant termination. 🏖️ Pre-Submission RTO & Holiday Policy: Only one (1) single pre-approved time off request is permitted under this contract framework. RTO must be declared explicitly at the exact moment of initial submittal. Technologists must commit to working at least 2 out of 3 upcoming major network holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year). 📋 Mandatory Pre-Submission Checklist Data: All submissions require the candidate's SSN, DOB, copy of active certifications, and 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of work within the past 3 years. Onboarding incorporates an average of 16 hours of unbilled facility modules completed pre-start via Workramp transcripts. A 3-month separation period is required for any return travelers.
