• L&amp;D/PP.• 4 LDRP Suites - All Private Suites; 5 add'l MedSurg rooms for overflow if PP is full.• NOTE: They do not have a NICU.They have an unstaffed nursery.If a baby requires a higher level of care they would transfer in Duluth (Approximately 60 minutes away by car).• 2 triage rooms.• Approx.30 births per month.• Certs- BLS, ACLS, NRP (Preferred- STABLE).• Ratios - AWHONN guidelines.• EMR- Epic.• Weekend Requirement Every 3rd weekend is required.They consider Fri/Sat/Sun weekend shifts for both days &amp; nights.• Call Requirement- No call requirement.• Holidays- Rotate with perm staff.• Scrub Color- Scrubs are provided.• Shifts 7a-7p; 7p-7a.• C-section experience is NOT required.C-sections are done in the OR.RN will assist with recovery with the PACU RN.• No floating required unless have experience with MedSurg, they could float to MedSurg.
