Compensation

• Weekly Gross Pay: $2,573.00
• Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,180.00
• Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,393.00
• Hourly Taxable Rate (First 40 Hours): $29.50/hr
• Overtime Rate (After 40 Hours): $44.25/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative surgical team providing high-quality perioperative care in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide circulating nursing care during surgical procedures.
• Prepare the operating room, instruments, and equipment before each procedure.
• Perform comprehensive preoperative and postoperative patient assessments.
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to ensure safe patient care.
• Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Current BLS Certification
• Previous travel experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment

Schedule

• Day Shift
• 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week travel assignment
