Stepdown/Tele RN – Nights | Henderson, KY Shift: Nights, 3x12s | 13 weeks | 36 hrs guaranteed (48 hrs available) Required: Active Compact RN License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Experience: 2+ years RN, 1 year Stepdown/PCU, 1 travel assignment, recent EPIC Must Have: Tele interpretation, insulin/heparin/cardiac drips (tele test required) Patients: Stepdown/PCU – Sepsis, CHF, COPD, DKA, surgical, ortho, urology Ratios: SDU 1:4–6 | Tele 1:5–6 Float: Within skillset, may float to nearby Deaconess campuses Weekend: Every 3rd | Holiday: Every other No Locals: 40-mile radius rule Scrubs: Navy Blue
