🔥 PREMIUM DAY-SHIFT SURGICAL TECH CONTRACT – MULTI-SPECIALTY BLOCK
First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel opening for a highly precise Certified Surgical Technologist (CST). Operating within a busy 9-room surgical theater suite processing an average daily census of 30 cases, this position handles high-volume surgical tracks. If you are a dedicated surgical professional looking for a stable 3x12 daytime block schedule, zero mandatory weekend shifts, and direct access to an active regional market, this contract is built for you!
Please note: First-time travel surgical technologists are proudly accepted if they possess solid robot scrub experience!
💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE
- Weekly Gross: $1,251.00
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $675.00
- Hourly W2 Rate: $16.00/hr
- Overtime Rate: $24.00/hr
📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Day shifts, 3x12-Hours (07:00 AM - 19:00 PM). No weekend shifts required!
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 regular hours weekly.
- On-Call Requirements: Yes, rotational on-call standby is required as dictated by the unit.
- EMR Charting System: Epic charting experience is preferred.
- Surgical Environment & Case Mix: High-volume case management across 9 rooms. Surgical lines cover Orthopedic Surgery, General Surgery, Urological Surgery, Gynecological Surgery, ENT Surgery, Podiatry, and specialized Robotic Surgery.
- Advanced Hardware Arrays: Extensive on-site utilization of the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, DV5 platforms, and Stryker Laparoscopic Equipment. Must demonstrate aseptic scrubbing technique, instrument container processing, and proper surgical specimen handling.
🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent clinical hospital experience operating as an OR Surgical Technologist. Hands-on surgical robotic case experience is strictly required.
- Licensure: Active Oklahoma State Allied Health/Surgical Tech certification or equivalent documentation must be in hand at time of submission.
- Certifications Required: National NBSTSA certification and active AHA BLS are strictly required to be in hand at the time of initial profile submission. (Please note: NCCT certifications are not accepted by this unit).
