⚡ URGENT SEVEN-ON/SEVEN-OFF NIGHT BLOCK – HIGH-GROSS CT TECH CONTRACT
First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel opening for a precise and independent Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to support a dedicated night imaging program in Polson, Montana. Operating within a 22-bed critical access hospital environment with a 12-room imaging setup, this role utilizes a highly structured 7on/7off block schedule. 💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE
- Weekly Gross: $2,806.00
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246.00 (Maxed out GSA allowance for housing & meals)
- Hourly W2 Rate: $30.00/hr
- Overtime Rate: $45.00/hr
📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-Hours (19:00 PM - 07:00 AM). Runs on a strict 7 nights on, 7 nights off rotation. No block scheduling variations available beyond this structure.
- Pacing & Volume: Managing an average of 30 visits per day with a weekend patient ratio framework scaling between 1:5 and 1:8.
- EMR & Imaging Infrastructure: Epic charting architecture. Hardware covers GE, Philips, and PACS networks, with preferred exposure to Siemens and Toshiba systems.
- Clinical Scope & Case Mix: Comprehensive imaging delivery across adult acute care, outpatient, and emergency department settings. Must show independent mastery handling:
- Scan Areas: Abdomen and pelvis (with/without contrast), chest (with/without contrast), spine, and musculoskeletal trauma.
- High-Acuity Protocols: Soft tissue neck, carotids, trauma head, brain perfusion, and vascular CTAs.
- Technical Skills: Radiation safety, isolation precautions, contrast media preparation/administration, and starting peripheral IVs.
🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience operating as a CT Technologist in an acute care or community hospital environment.
- Licensure: Active Montana State Allied Health License must be verified and in hand at the exact time of profile submission.
- Certifications Required: ARRT (R) registration and active AHA BLS are strictly mandatory to present to the clinical gate.
- Age Specifics: Proven age-specific competency across all populations from neonates to geriatrics.
- Scrubs: Any solid color scrubs are fully permitted on-site; dedicated surgical attire is provided if assigned to specific lines.
