his role focuses on staff education, orientation, competency validation, simulation training, continuing education, and supporting evidence-based practice across the organization.

Requirements:

  • ICU experience required
  • Active RN license
  • BSN required (MSN preferred)
  • 3+ years of clinical RN experience
  • 1+ year of education, leadership, or staff development experience
  • BLS; instructor certifications and Nursing Professional Development certification preferred
