š¼ About the Role
We are seeking experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses (RN) to join a highly respected acute care hospital in Denver, CO. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative L&D unit providing care to mothers and newborns during one of lifeās most critical moments.

š©ŗ Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive maternal and fetal assessments
- Monitor and interpret fetal heart tracings
- Provide care during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum
- Assist with vaginal deliveries and C-sections
- Administer medications and IV therapies
- Deliver patient education and emotional support
- Collaborate with OB providers, anesthesiology, and neonatal teams
- Document care per hospital and regulatory standards
- Float to other units (within scope) if needed
- Participate in on-call rotation as requiredĀ

ā Requirements
- Active RN License (Colorado or Compact State)
- BLS (AHA) ā Required
- NRP ā Required
- ACLS / PALS (as applicable)
- ASN required (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1ā2 years of Labor & Delivery experience preferredĀ

ā Preferred Qualifications
- Travel nursing experience
- Experience in high-acuity L&D settings
- Additional specialty certificationsĀ
