Required Experience
- Recent Labor & Delivery experience in a Level IV maternal care facility
- Experience caring for high-risk obstetric patients
- Strong commitment to attendance and reliability
- Must be comfortable in a high-acuity L&D environment
Required Clinical Skills
- High-risk Labor & Delivery
- Magnesium sulfate administration
- Insulin drip management
- Advanced fetal monitoring interpretation
- OB triage
- Labor management
- Delivery and postpartum stabilization
- Maternal emergency response
Required Certifications
- Advanced NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Advanced External Fetal Monitoring Certification
