Travel RN – Case Manager | Santa Monica, CA | Days | $2,746/Week
Looking for your next Case Management assignment in Southern California? This travel opportunity offers a consistent day schedule in a busy acute care hospital just minutes from the beach.
Contract Details
- Start Date: July 20, 2026
- Shift: Days, 5x8s (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Requirements
- Active California RN License (pending license accepted if active by start)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Acute Care Hospital Inpatient Case Management experience
- Current experience in Care Coordination and Admission Reviews within the last 6 months
- Epic experience required
- InterQual knowledge required
- Previous travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge
- Complete admission reviews using InterQual criteria
- Develop discharge plans and coordinate post-acute services
- Arrange DME, SNF placement, transportation, and community resources
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, social services, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure appropriate utilization of healthcare resources while advocating for patients
