Minimum 2 years of Pediatric Cardiac Transitional Care/Step Down experience
PICU experience required
Experience with Epic charting
Skilled in IV therapy, central line care, blood administration, telemetry, HFNC, chest tube management, NG tube management, TPN/Lipids, and infection control
Pediatric cardiac experience preferred, including congenital heart disease and post-cardiac surgery care
Must be willing to float to other UCSF units and facilities as needed
Every other weekend coverage required

Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
