Travel Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse – 13 Week Contract
🏥 Department: Emergency Department (Main ER)
📍 Facility: Large Level I Trauma Center
📅 Contract: 8 Weeks
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to join a high-volume, fast-paced Main ER. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with strong adult and pediatric emergency care experience who thrive in a Level I Trauma environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to adult and pediatric patients.
- Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and emergency interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in a busy trauma setting.
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document care accurately.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing multiple critical cases.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience
- Experience in a large hospital required
- Level I Trauma experience preferred
- Strong adult and pediatric emergency care experience
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- TNCC and/or ENPC preferred
- Conditional compliance accepted for credentialing if documentation shows requirements are in process
