Required Qualifications & Clinical Skills
- Experience: * Minimum of 18 months of recent Stepdown experience is required (travel experience counts).
- Must have 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for (preferably within one location, but combined is acceptable).
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience is preferred but not strictly required.
- Licensure: Active Ohio (OH) State or Compact RN license MUST be in hand at the time of submission.
- Certifications:
- BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- ACLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- NIHSS
🚨 Mandatory Orientation Testing
- Assessments: Travelers will be required to take an ECG Rhythm Recognition test and a safeMedicate assessment during orientation.
Passing Requirement: Achieving an acceptable score on both of these assessments is strictly required to pass orientation and continue the contract.
