Lead a high-performing Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) team in beautiful Western Colorado! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse leader passionate about maternal and newborn care.
📍 Location: Grand Junction, CO
💼 Position: Full-Time
💰 Salary: $126,880–$145,912/year
Requirements:
- BSN required
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
- 10+ years of Labor & Delivery clinical experience
- 5+ years of progressive leadership/management experience
- Active Colorado RN License
- BLS, ACLS & NRP required
- Additional maternal/newborn certifications preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead Labor & Delivery clinical and operational services
- Manage staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
- Mentor and develop nursing teams
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams, and hospital leadership to drive exceptional patient outcomes
