Compensation & Incentives:
- $61,776 – $98,841 (based on experience)
- $33 – $52.80 hourly (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and organizational policies
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families while promoting positive outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Accurately document care using EPIC electronic medical records
Requirements
- Active RN License (Delaware or Compact)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- ACLS must be obtained within 12 months of employment
- Previous RN experience preferred
- Specialty-specific experience preferred for procedural and critical care areas
