Assignment Details
- Start Dates: 7/20 or 8/3
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours per week
- 3 x 12-hour shifts
- Night Shift
- Front-half or back-half schedule:
- Sunday–Tuesday OR
- Thursday–Saturday
- Candidates must be flexible to work either rotation
- No on-call requirement
- Overtime available based on critical staffing needs with manager approval
- Extension opportunities available
- RTO accepted
- Weekend and holiday rotation required (5 holidays within a 12-month period)
Requirements
- Active Arizona LPN/LVN License or Compact LPN/LVN License
- BLS Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience
- Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays
- Current N95 Fit Test required prior to start
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing procedures under the direction of an RN or healthcare provider
- Administer medications and complete related documentation
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Collect patient data to assist with nursing assessments
- Provide patient education
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Care for adult correctional patients with both medical and behavioral health needs
