Cath Lab RN - Rochester, NY 
Contract Duration - 13 weeks 
Shift - 4x10s (7am – 5:30pm)
Weekly hours - 40 hrs

Job Summary: 
 

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and other interventional procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care and cardiac experience, be skilled in moderate sedation, and thrive in a fast-paced procedural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Monitor patient status, cardiac rhythms, and vital signs throughout procedures.
• Administer moderate sedation and medications in accordance with established protocols.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Recognize and respond to dysrhythmias and other patient emergencies.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements: 

• Active New York RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience.
• Critical Care or Cardiac nursing experience required.
• Moderate Sedation training required.
• Experience recognizing and managing dysrhythmias.
• BLS, ACLS
