Assignment Details
- Position: Travel Physical Therapist (PT)
- Shift: Days | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Department: Rehabilitation Services
- Setting: Acute Care & 28-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
- EMR: Meditech
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (Florida or Compact license if applicable)
- Current BLS Certification (AHA)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care and/or Inpatient Rehabilitation (IRF) experience (preferred)
- Experience with stroke and neurological rehabilitation preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with Meditech EMR is a plus
- Willingness to float between Acute Care and IRF as needed
- Must be able to complete evaluations, treatments, discharge planning, and patient/family education
- One weekend shift per month required
