Travel RN – Labor & Delivery

Position: Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN)
Start Date: ASAP

Position Details:

• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:2
• Minimum Experience: 2 years preferred (Candidates with 1.5–2 years may be considered based on experience)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, with the possibility of additional weekends based on unit needs
• Floating: Yes, to Mother/Baby unit as needed
• On-Call: No
• Block Scheduling: Considered at the manager's discretion
• Charting System: Meditech

Requirements:

• Active California RN License (Pending licenses not accepted)
• Recent Epic experience
• Must have expert experience performing sterile vaginal exams independently (Hard Stop)
• Labor triage experience required (Hard Stop)
• AWHONN Advanced certification with a passing status (Hard Stop)

Required Certifications:

• BLS (BCLS)
• ACLS
• NRP
• AWHONN Advanced

Additional Information:

• Scheduling preferences may be considered but are not guaranteed
• Requests based on outside employment will not be accommodated
• All RTO must be submitted at the time of submission
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted at a different local rate
