Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in the Greater Chicago, Illinois area. This outpatient rehab opportunity offers the chance to work with adult patients while helping them improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.

This is a great fit for a PT who enjoys an outpatient setting, individualized treatment plans, and working with a collaborative rehab team focused on patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s functional goals.
• Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, manual therapy, and functional mobility interventions.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
