Views of the beautiful SanJauns, the uncompahgre river is there , just the natural access in general stunning. The nurses an staff at the hospital were really great and care , its travel friendly. and the hospital staff pay is better than alot of colorado facilities, so they do have some retention.
Cons
Depts i worked in felt unsafe in much of its practices with no experianced leadership or dept resources to handle needs, concerns . Mostly Leadership that had no previous experiance outside this hospital and very minimal experiance as a whole. also not given training or exposure to facilities, leadership programs or proper process/ training thus groomed for repeated dysfunction. Hospital also has its share of being sued for different discriminations . I guess just feeling like no knowledgable support , with lack of direction.
