13 Operating Rooms
Patient Ratio: 1:1

Required Experience

Orthopedic experience is REQUIRED
Must be proficient in:
- Major Joint Orthopedics
- General Surgery
- Urology (Open & Cystoscopy)
- Minor Vascular
Major Vascular experience preferred

Surgical Specialties

General Surgery

No Open Heart, Transplants, or Ophthalmology

Stryker Orthopedic Systems

Charting

Meditech

Schedule & Call

Call required: 4–5 call shifts every 4 weeks
Weekend rotation required
No guaranteed block scheduling, but reasonable scheduling accommodations

Floating

If OR volume is low, travelers may float within the hospital as helping hands after internal staff have floated

Required Certification

BLS

Dress Code

Facility-provided scrubs

Ideal Candidate

Experienced OR RN with a strong orthopedic background who is comfortable circulating a variety of surgical specialties, flexible with call and floating, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented surgical environment.
