Job Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience required.
- Pediatric experience is required.
- Acute Care experience is required.
- Epic EMR experience is required.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
Licensure & Certifications
- Alaska RN License is required at the time of submission for Auto Offer.
- Pending Alaska RN licenses are not accepted for Auto Offer. Candidates with a pending license may be screened but must have the AK RN license in hand to receive an Auto Offer.
- ACM (Accredited Case Manager) certification preferred.
- BLS by AHA is required.
Schedule
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 5x8 Days
- Shift Times: One of the following:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-call: Not required.
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend or 4 weekend days within a 4-week schedule.
Floating
- Must be willing to float within scope of practice to meet facility needs.
Scheduling
- Block scheduling is not available.
Additional Requirements
- Local candidates are not accepted. Permanent residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility.
- Requested Time Off (RTO):
- Only one RTO request per 13-week assignment.
- Maximum 5 days of RTO.
- No holiday RTO permitted for Auto Offer positions.
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours every 2 weeks.
- Travelers may be called off for one 8-hour shift per two-week pay period.
