Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in beautiful Tonasket, Washington. Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic interventions including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and quality improvement initiatives

• Orthopedic conditions
• Neurological conditions
• Post-surgical rehabilitation
• Stroke recovery
• Pediatric through geriatric patients
• Acute, outpatient, swing bed, and long-term care populations

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or grandfathered Master's Degree from an accredited program
• Washington State Physical Therapist License
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with pediatric, neurological, or stroke populations
• Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred but not required)
• Experience in rural healthcare settings
