- The New York State Department of Health, Oxford Veterans Home (NYSDOH OVH) herein referred to as “Department,” is a 242-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility including a 32-bed enhanced memory care unit for residents with cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease, located in Chenango County, Hwy 220, Oxford, New York 13830. The Department provides care to a population of Veterans, Veteran Spouses and Gold Star Parents.
