First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel opening for a highly versatile Physical Therapist (PT) in Bakersfield, California. Operating within the comprehensive home health services network at Mercy Hospital Downtown - Bakersfield, this role features a desirable, stable weekday day shift pattern. 💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE
- Weekly Gross: $2,360.00
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,400.00
- Hourly W2 Rate: $24.00/hr
- Overtime Rate: $36.00/hr
📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Day shifts, 5x8-Hours (08:00 AM - 17:00 PM), Monday through Friday.
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 regular hours guaranteed weekly.
- On-Call & Weekend Requirements: Completely free from mandatory on-call assignments or weekend coverage profiles!
- Clinical Setting & Care Scope: Home Health placement requiring independent, mobile patient care management. The assignment entails a localized field footprint tracking approximately 25% clinical travel to execute assessments and ongoing therapeutic sessions directly inside patient homes.
