Description

Registered Nurse – Outpatient Oncology

**Schedule**
Shift: 5x8

**Requirements**
- Active California RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years relevant nursing experience
- At least 1 year in an outpatient oncology clinic
- BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC) certifications required
- Oncology certification: ONS or ONCC preferred
- Epic charting system experience strongly preferred
- 2 supervisor references from within the past year required at submission

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient oncology setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.

**Compliance / Notes**
- Available RTO: Max 7 days; no RTO within first 2 weeks of assignment
- Background checks and references are required.
