Special requirements:
- We need a generalist to cover various shifts as needed due to severe staffing shortage.
- Nightshift availability is requested, but only if able to work alone after training and competency.
- Most likely will work mid shifts, evenings and rotating weekends.
- Generalist must also have Blood Bank exp.
- EPIC hardstop requirement

Training would be 8-hour shifts x5 days a week until trained (most likely a month of training). 7 am to 330 pm each day.

After that I would need this person to by my flex person, covering any needs. My major staffing holes are on nightshift, evenings and midshifts currently. Beyond October, this will be more mid-shifts.

Once I fully hire staffing and our permanent employees are trained fully, our travelers will continue to be our flex techs, covering vacation requests, illness, and any staffing holes as needed. If we are fully staffed, then they will work the bench while my lead techs get administrative time to do reports and projects.

Nightshift needs:
7 on/7off x 10 hour shifts 2100- 0730. I realize these staff require full time hours, so I will figure out the rest of the time – perhaps an 8th 10 hour shift within the 2 week timespan.

Evening Shift:
1400 pm to 2230

Midshifts:
Noon to 2030
or
10 to 1830 (this only occurs when we have minimal staffing in place)

Dayshift:
0600-1430
Or 0700 – 1530
