Role: RN MS/Tele
Location: Roswell, NM
Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (18:00 - 06:30)
Pay: 2300$/Week

Job Description
Provide patient-centered nursing care on a combined Medical/Surgical and Telemetry unit. Monitor cardiac rhythms, manage acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for Med/Surg and telemetry patients.

Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alarms; recognize and escalate changes in patient condition.

Administer medications, IVs, and perform treatments per orders and hospital policies.

Perform admissions, transfers, and discharges with accurate documentation in the EHR.

Coordinate patient care with physicians, PT/OT, case management, and ancillary services.
