- Schedule: 3×12s | 36 Hours/Week
Pay Package (36 Hours)
- W2 Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
- Weekly Stipend: $1,590.26
- Weekly Gross: $2,454.26
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care PCU experience
- Active RN License
- BLS & ACLS required
- NIHSS
- Telemetry and cardiac patient care experience
Preferred Experience
- Chest tube & pacer wire management
- 12-lead EKGs
- BIPAP, CPAP & Heated High-Flow Oxygen
- Cardiac drips: Heparin, Amiodarone, Diltiazem, Dobutamine, Milrinone, Lasix & Ketamine
Unit Information
- Unit: Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (30 Beds)
- Patient Ratio: Typically 1:4 (occasionally 1:5)
- EMR: Meditech
Patient Population
- Post right & left heart catheterizations
- TAVR, Watchman, Ablation & Pacemaker patients
- CABG, Valve Replacement & Aortic Repair recovery
- Thoracic & Vascular Surgery patients
