SICU RN
Aya Offer
**We are not opposed to travel pairs but are not able to give or guarantee they will have the same schedule.**

Required:
- VA or compact license
- ACLS
- NIH
- 2 yrs experience

The SICU's population is more specialized, with trauma patients, CV surgery patients (such as TAVRs and CABGs directly from the OR), neurosurgery patients, and other complicated surgical patients.*

Special Requirements/Skills:
Interpretation & management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, blood product administration; Diagnoses include: acute ventilator need, COVID+ with high O2 demand, DKA, severe sepsis, unstable GI bleed, trauma cases, open heart recovery, TAVR recovery, s/p code blue, multi system organ failure, need for CRRT.

Shift: 3x12s 19:00-07:00
Ratios: 1:2-3 (Ratios will be appropriate to skill level and acuity during required float)
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: Every other
